CharGen Events tables (Judge Dredd)

I might be missing something, but the Events tables had me scratching my head a bit during a test CharGen. I am right in assuming that a d66=11d6 on the charts correct? I also noticed that each table has some gaps in the numerical order, what happens when you roll in the middle of one of those gaps?

No, D66 means roll 2D6, take one as the 'tens' dice and one as the 'unit' dice. So a roll of 3 and 4 would be 34 on a D66. It helps to roll two different coloured dice. The same idea behind rolling a d100 basically.

Ah, that is clever! Where did I miss the explaination on that?

It's covered in the Traveller Core Rulebook, page 3:

Traveller Core Rulebook said:
d66: This is shorthand for a special way of rolling two six-sided
dice. Before rolling nominate one die as the ‘tens’ die and one as
the ‘units’ die, to give you a two-digit number between 11 and 66.
Some numbers cannot be rolled on a d66, giving you a total of
36 possible outcomes.

Thanks. I just got the PDF rules and went right to a test character to see how thesystem ran. So, there are a few things I missed. :) Much better character system then the D20 game.
