Character Sheet Question

[Supplement Four]

I haven't been much of a d20 3E+ player in the past, so pardon my ignorance. I'm looking at The Martial Disciple article in S&P #30, and I see codes like "Su" and "Ex".

For example, the Fell Hand Discipline - Strike the Soul (Su), and the Flesh of Mountains Discipline - Surmount the Dagger (Ex).

What do the (Su) and (Ex) tags indicate? I've seen them on other Conan stat blocks too. I'm sure it's somethign simple...I'm just not sure what it is.

Su-supernatural ability (spell like)
Ex-extraordinary ability (generally special class ability or racial ability). Basically a non-spell like ability.
