Character creation log?

Hi,

I love the Traveller system of creating characters, but I also have terrible short term memory and I keep forgetting where I am in the process. In addition to this I would also like a log of the process, just for fun.

Has someone created a template for this that you can print out? Where you fill in the process?

I tried searching for it in the forum, but couldn't find anything. I don't want some program or computer support, I want to use pen and paper.

Use an index card. One card per term with sections for every step in that term's rolls and events. Number them as you go.
