Cestus Modification ???

Hello!

In the centauri factbook on site 75 exist a series of ships (ex. Kutais or Primus) in a so called Cestus Modification but i can no find any desription in the complet book what this mean. any ideas????

This is covered in the book in a couple of different places, but it really is not that complicated. All a Cestus modification means is that the ship in question is carrying a mass driver.
