Centauri refits

I just posted the question in the "rulemasters" section, but I'd like to know how you rule/houserule this :

The Centauri refit table gives interceptors (right now a lot of tables do)
BUT doesn't state that it is a "only one time" refit !
Whereas the others races who have this line also have "you can get it only once". Even the Abbaï (but they have the line twice ;-) )

Are Centauri an "interceptors Superior" race ?

Have to agree, the table hasn't been altered in the FAQ, so go with it.

IIRC the centauri interceptor refit says "+1 interceptors, or interceptors 1 if the ship didn't have them before", and nothign on an upper limit.

That's how we use it but looks very much like a misprint.
By the way what is IIRC ?
