I think he means the 4 teeps, 2 of which go with the EMperor and two remain on Centauri Prime. We see them the episode Emperor Turhan goes to B5.

Ok. I figured he was aking about the game.

There's nothing in the show to indicate Centauri teeps can't jam Shadow ships. In fact the only time the Centauri acted against the Shadows, Londo did it Sheridan-style - with nukes (no telepaths required).

Teep wise both the Earth Alliance and the Centauri Republic did not actively participate in using their telepaths against the Shadows; partly because they had been infiltrated by the Shadows already and kept out of the war.

Arent those four telepaths that followed the Emperor called Imperial Telepaths?

I was talking about the entry on the other duties table unlike when other races get given telepaths there is no mention of Centari telepaths being able to jam shadows is this just an over site or can they not do it ?

er bit confused - none of the entries in my fleet book specifically state they can or can't jam, however the Shadows rule says

EDit -the Vree one does but I presumed that was because theri normal telepathy does not work and it had to be made clear that the enhanced ones do

"If a ship noted as carrying telepaths......." which I take to mean any Psi Corps ship with psychic crew and any other duties that mentions telepaths?

That is pretty much it. The only teeps that can't jam are the Vree (except the extra ones you get as a duty).
