Carriers In Hyperspace

As I cannot find it in the book, Can a Carrier while in Hyperspace, have its Fighters launched. IE Say you keepa Carrier in Hyperspace in reserve for 2 turns In those turns can said carrier launch its requisite number of fighters and have them move out of hyperspace with the carrier but not on board.

I think the rule on hyperspace says no actions other than opening a jump point.

It can have 1 flight launched before the battle (or half its flights if it has the fleet carrier trait) but it can't launch while in hyperspace.

It's a carrier it can have it's carrier value launched pre game but while in hyperspace it may not launch any more.

Wrong, just 1 unless it is a fleet carrier in which case it can start with half launched.
