I'm putting something together and was wondering if I could get some numbers from the ACTA community to help me out.
I want to know the numbers from your campaign games. Specifically -
The starting size of the battle (PL and points)
The type of engagement
The amount of RR each side was awarded (or, if you only remember yours, if you came out on top and by a lot or a little)
Your costs for repairs/replacement ships
How much was spent on reinforcements
Like I've mentioned, I'm putting together some campaign rules and would like some broad numbers to help with values. Rather than earning RR through combat, players fight over territory (like Risk or Axis and Allies) and the controled territory provides the RR. However, I need some figures to determine how to value said territories. I'm worried that too high of RR values will make for massed fleets and too low will result in difficulty keeping fleets in good shape.
Of course, I think, its a moot point, since as long as the values are equal (to start) both sides will suffer or benefit equally.
btw, I don't need exact numbers or all the info requested. even guesses will work (did a 5 point War, lots half my ships, came out on the bottom but with enough RR to repair everything and replace all but a couple fighters.. works fine
