Burger's shipviewer down?

I am trying to access the shipviewer to print out some Victory at Sea cards, but it isn't coming up. Anyone know what is wrong?

I just got onto my site, so it works. Yahoo isn't a great provider but they're cheap. If you don't get in the first try, try again. try typing the epicarmycard url rather than a bookmark you may have made.

my site NEVER comes close to the bandwidth allotment. The most I've ever seen is about 5000 megabytes transferred out of an allowed 200,000 MB allowed. per month.
