I suspect he may still need his fleetbook to check all the entries
plus, Matt had kindof asked people to wait till the books were in circulation before releasing things. Eg vassal, supplements etc.. and they haven't reached the states yet

That's not true. I'm in Oklahoma and two of my LGS' have both the Fleet and the Rule books in, as well as thewarstore.com having shipped their orders out already (a friend of mine should be getting his books today).

Just been e-mailing Mongoose about my pre order. They said they posted them just yesterday. No benifit from pre ordering at all except my books shouldn't have any typo's. Rather had them now but thats the way the cookie crumbles.
