Bunkers/structures and LOS/cover cover question

A couple of questions from Saturday's 15,000 pt SST game.

If models are inside a bunker/structure and the structure and models fall under the radius of a lethal zone weapon, are both the structure and all the models inside the structure attacked by the LZ weapon?

If shooting at a models in a bunker, do you first have to shoot at the bunker and create a 'hole' in order to shoot at the models inside the bunker?

Does a structure or bunker stop the stream of a lethal stream weapon, protecting the occupants from attack? (The analogy of a flamethrower used against a bunker springs to mind.)

Must a model be touching the edge of a structure in order to trace LOS out of the structure, or must the edge of the structure be within the point blank range of the model testing for LOS?

Thanks!

I understand it as such: the structure takes damage and models within the LZ and/or FZ take damage also, but get the cover bonus.

What I would keep in mind is if the structure has a roof or not (for indirect fire - people inside should be relatively save gameswise unless the structure collapses)

Cannot give you an answer for the last question though, but the thing about point blank range seems a good thing to me.

No. Weapons with the trait flame do ignore cover, so I'd say if you are able to draw an LOS to the models inside the bunker they can be attacked and don't benefit from cover.
(Of course this should not be the case if you can't draw LOS to the models inside the bunker like attacking a side of the bunker that has no door or other opening).
