I'm reading Book of the Magnakai and I don't understand Path of the Lifemender, a Discipline for Herbwarden.

How many ENDURANCE points can he heal in a combat ?

As noted in the text:

"Once per combat, they may heal themselves or another person they can reach for 4 ENDURANCE. This costs 2 WILLPOWER and the cost cannot be reduced by any means."

So they can do it once in a combat, healing 4 Endurance to anyone they choose, paying 2 Willpower for doing so.

Your text seems different from mine because I have:
"Once per combat, they may heal themselves or another person that they can physically touch, at a cost of 4 ENDURANCE. This also costs 2 WILLPOWER and this cost cannot be reduced by any means"

So I understood that it costs 4 EP and 2 WP but the amount of points healed was not written...
