I was told that King Androrfin ruled the country from Whitewall (Ililbervor).

This does not make sense to me, as Androrfin's excuse not to help Howling Wolf clan is that it is to far to the north and he will use that region as a buffer against EWF.

But Whitewall is north of the Howling Wolf clan... so does anyone really know where from Androrfin is ruling the land?

Maybe I should just move the spot where Whitewall is to more south of Howling Wolf clan territory...

That doesn't sound right to me. If I remember my Heortlings kings list, he was crowned at Whitewall but actually ruled from further south. At this time Whitewall is, IIRC, still a ruin. He's also meant to be a Larsteing I think so moves around a lot anyway.

Not sure if it helps but to add to the above there's this:

It is in the throne room of Ililbervor that the leaders of the tribe acclaim their kings and confer upon them the sacred regalia of the Hendriki. These consist of a sword, the staff and the diadem given to them by the gods of old. The king rarely stays in Ililbervor for long, for the Hendriking kings spend most of their time traveling amongst the lands of that tribe, normally returning to it in Storm Season to offer sacrifices to the guardians of the tribe and preside over the Sacred Time rites.
