The sample seems to be a fleshed-out expansion of the background pdf decipher posted. I'm not sure what the rest of the book has, but that's why my money's gonna tell me in a bit.
Meanwhile, go out and buy the very-easily collectible Wars RPG line! (3 items so far). Also, go bug official-sounding Mongoose people about getting Mark Tuttle to write some stories or modules.
Side note: how is this game selling overall, besides having sold out at gencon?
