Battlefield evolution faq/errata?

just curious if there's any errata or faq's for Battlefield evolution:modern combat or any of the expansions?

Such a great game that I wish they would raise from the dead.

Might I suggest a version of Evo Modern with army lists for the 1970's South Atlantic might be interesting this year? Of course, you'd need rules for night fighting! :twisted:

Hey thats good to know-very cool- so is there any chance of the actual Battlefield evolution line itself coming back? Its so great and everyone who talked about it and even reviews of the game always said how the system just worked so well- I fell in love with it when I got a hold of it-and I bought everything I could find. Seeing some of the "what could have been" stuff just kills a piece of my soul! :lol:
Please PLEASE bring it back- I'm not alone in this wish either....

You mean 1982?

We _have_ considered that. However, a full-blown BF Evo game will likely appear first (if we don't get hijacked by some random sci-fi licence/setting) as our planned Vietnam game. However, Victory at Sea first. In fact, if you want to see what we plan to do with a Vietnam game, watch what we do with the new Victory at Sea.

As a near-future/ultra-modern game? Never say never, and it is something I would very much like to return to. However, I would like to see Vietnam first, and we have discussed Korea as well (not too many games touching that at the moment).

We are taking a very different approach to these historical/real-world games now, so a BF Evo 'Modern' would look somewhat different to the original. As I say, keep an eye on the new Victory at Sea for what I mean by that.

please mongoose whatever you do if battlefield evo modern combat makes a return don't change the scale. people bought armies you know. You start the scale all over again and you might put of the existing player base that could help with momentum of a relaunch.
