Basing drakh scouts

I just had a question for everyone, what would be a good way to base my drakh scouts, currently I am using the Barrell clasp method however the hole thats needed to really do this is deeper than the mini is.

I used green stuff to create a enough of a hull underneath to drill into. You can't tell unless you pick the mini up and turn it over

You should try basing Fleet Action scale ships :lol:

I drilled through, then sanded the plastic base to match the contour of the top of the scout hull section. I'll (lightly!) greenstuff the seams and paint overtop.

id find the center and slowly drill a small pilot hole then drill a 2mm <- -> hole deeper but not too deep as to come through the other end.
