Mongoose
There have been many issues raised about MRQ. Map quality, earlier book quality and so on. I myself really miss some stuff concerning the "geopolitical situation" and think that Mongoose could do more to illustrate the where´s and when´s of the Glorantha second age (none of their basic resource volumes shows where Hendriksland is! until the "Blood of Orlanth" book).

But, thats details.

Mongoose put Runquest on the market again. They produce an abundance of good quality resource material on Glorantha and on the Runequest rules. Its so nice that we have this after all these years of "non-Runequest" for the general consumer. And it looks/works like the old Runequest too!

I just want to say thank you for your work and i hope you get rich and even more successful so you will be able ot continue for a long time ...

(And oi, a tip from a baboon, please make something with this map stuff)

Hello

just for statistic reasons:

RuneQuest 1 was published from 1978 to 1979 (1 year) and had 5 new supplements published by Chaosium. *

RuneQuest 2 was published from 1979 to 1983 (4 years) and had 17 new supplements by Chaosium. *

RuneQuest 3 was published from 1984 to 1995 (11 years) and had 18 new supplements by Chaosium and Avalon Hill. *

Mongoose RuneQuest is published since July 2006 (2 years and 3 month) and has 24 new supplements by Mongoose until now. *

I only counted supplements by the original publisher, not licencees or fan productions. New means = no reprint. But sometimes it is hard to tell: Are "Cults of Glorantha Volumes 1 and 2" new, or are they updated from "Gods of Glorantha"?
