B5 ACTA Manufacturor

Aman

Mongoose
Who was the actual manufacturor of the B5 ships?
Were there multiple manufacturors?
Were there differences in the size/scale of the ships between manufcturors?

I have an Earth Alliance Reinforcement box set and some have "AOG" imprinted and some don't. One person said to me that the AOG ships are smaller / different scale than the ones that are NOT imprinted "AOG". But they all seem to be the same scale.

Thanks for any clarifications!

right then, first there was AOG, they did 2 scales of ships, fleet action ships were around the inch long mark, then there were the B5 wars ships that were larger, up to 6 or so inches on ships like the Bin Tak. When AOG lost the licence, Mongoose took it on (may have been a gap)
Mongoose used the moulds from the B5 wars ships, and some new ones of their own, for the larger scale. and Fleet action was kinda dead, the odd ships used for scale purposes.
then Mongoose sub licenced their minis to Iron Wind minis, who re did a few, but basically they did ships of both larger and fleet action scale again, just to confuse the issue
