This is just crying out for an RPG release! Martial arts, Chi, primitive weaponry, an entire world to explore, heroes, villains, the ability to manipulate the elements, pre-defined classes...

And the film comes out this summer so you'll have a bigger fanbase

The idea is a good concept, but it really would depend on how the film was done. If it was too kiddy nobody would really buy into an rpg version of it. Nevertheless the show had some cool aspects that could be nicely put into an rpg.

Based on the trailers out so far, I actually think it is not going to be extremely "kiddy" at all.

I have not seen any of the trailers yet, but it could be promising if it isn't childish garbage.

Well the original show certainly wasn't too kiddy, especially as it progressed. I can't think of any existing Mongoose game system that'd work for this really and any deals should've been made before now to get the game developed and then out in time for the movie release.

Me I'd just use Heroquest 2.
