How do the Grizzlies go together?

From looking at the pics of the components, is it possible to keep the missile launchers and sixguns separate, paint both, and swap them as needed from game to game?

S&P (Wargamer) issue 44 has the article you're looking for. You use small magnets on the model and the weapons.

it's very easy to magnet up exos. You just need to be careful to ensure you keep the same poles outwards on all the points.
