Askia's Invisible Flame (from Drums of Tombalku)

I've been recently focusing on De Camp's elongated version of "Drums of Tombalku".

I'm especially interested in the scene where the Witchman Askia kills King Sakumbe with an invisible flame, apparently from some distance.

My question is: does anybody knows if such has spell has ever been created for Conan d20?

If not, I'm thinking about creating it.

I'm not so sure Incinretaing Gaze is the right spell.
"Evil Eye" range is limited to 30 ft and 12 rounds are (relatively) a lot of time.
And "Evil Eye" means also "eye contact.
I imagine that if Askia was 30 ft from Sakumbe, and staring directly into Sakumbe eyes, Conan should have had the time to kill the sorcerer.

Given what Conan supposes later in the chapter about why Askia killed Sakumbe and not Conan I imagine that we need a spell with "Magical Link" range.

I'm reasoning about it but I feel about a higher power spell (prerequisite Magic Attack +7 at least) and maybe involving even spirits/demons which invisibly kill the target (Askia venerates the demon Ollam Onga).

Given the way Askia kills Dauria earlier in the same story (wounds by invisible claws) I feel also that the spell could have many shapes (invisible flame or invisible claws), but with the same result (death due to invisible cause).

I'm inclined to believe the magic link is the most appropriate because of the Black Kingdom stereotype of voodoo dolls (I think it fits very well).
It's been years since I read that story, I'll have to check it out.
