Great stuff from Vincent and Thulsa, as always.
I suppose this material was supposed to appear in the Shem sourcebook but was cut down for space reasons...

That is part of why I didn't buy the setting--I mean I was mostly interested in Shem because of the stories. However I quite like this, good job.

One thing I very much appreciate is the inclusion of military strength in the city.
