Armor and magic

Hey again.
I'm sure i read something about this, but dammit cant find it again.
Is the armor restricting in any way (i know the strike Rank is effected, and pehaps movement when overburdend)

In regards to magic...no problem in wearing a plate armor??

Armor effects encumbrance, or ENC and Strike Rank.

Some special armors in A&E have skill, AP, or ENC bonuses or penalties, but I think that's it.
