Approximately how long until Preorders ship?

I've known of a few places that ship Preorders maybe a week before the actual stores stock them, so I was wondering around what date will Armageddon start shipping? Will it be ON October 2nd exactly, the week after, before?

I think that date is when its avaialble to the distributers. it may be another week before it gets to retail outlets.
