Yeah I saw this posted on Drudge and it cracked me up. Just when you think old Uncle Joe Sicko couldnt be more pathetic, depraved or bizarre, out comes some new bit of info on the nature of his regime...

On a much lighter note, this reminds me of a goody old Marvel Comics villain named "The Red Ghost" who he had these two dopey Ape- warrior underlings that he ordered around named Congo Red and Comrade Grodd. Remember this joker? Haw haw!! They were actually kind of cool, but never really made the cut to the A-list of villains, shoot I don't think hes on the B or C list, as he only rarely made an appearence- just long enough for Spiderman to kick 'em around while peppering them with some witty banter to boot.

Here's a lnk to the guy- proving that virtually anything can be found on the internet- with a picture of him wearing a characteristic villain's scowl.

Haw haw!! :D It mentions that his powers are effective diplomacy skills with no superhuman powers -say what? I seem to remember he could become ethereal and pass thru walls ala Kitty Pride- therefore the "Ghost" part of his moniker... Internet write-ups! Whatcha gonna do- you get what you pay for, comrades!

On the History channel last night they aired a show on a huge primate that (supposedly) died out during the Pleistocene era called Gigantopithecus. This primate stood 12-14 ft. tall  and reconstructions were quite imposing as you can imagine! Some "scientists" were under the impression that Sasqwatch, Yeti, etc. may be some lingering relic of Gigantopithecus. It was an interesting presentation that gave me a couple of ideas about how to run ape-men in Hyboria. 8)
