I'm working on a custom character sheet of my own, and have just completed a char-gen worksheet for it:

Its not intended to present a full summary of char-gen so much as remind what steps come when and give space to record the results in order.

Thank You! I use my lap top and do not print much out unless I have no other choice. This form is well done and I am sure will make future character (and detailed NPC) creation smoother.
