Andre Norton Traveller Setting

As a possible traveller book setting.. how about Andre Norton's universe.Just think how many traveller players cut their sc-fi reading teeth on Andre Norton's books.Solar Queen free traders, Combine/InterSteller Mega Corporations.. Star Guard Arch and Mech Mercenaries units, Patrol and Star Rangers... (a character generation system where the trade guild and mercenary academies decide your fate rather than you.) Beast Master/Catseye wilderness worlds and adventures

Come on Guys.. how many of yo u have secretly wished over the years for a chance to blow away a cloaked Arcturan Central Control Agent with a blaster in a dark alley when nobody is looking..(just for better future for Terra of course...)

Or a psi with a zero stone, maybe even a member of the Terran psychic sabotage teams, aka a Beastmaster. (Yes, Beast Master is a sci-fi published in 59 dealing with an ex-military psionic special forces beast master with his animal team of an African Eagle - Baku, two meercats - Hing and Ho, and a Dune Cat - Surra. And yes, the main character - Hosteen Storm is a Navajo.)

Her sci-fi universe has lots of possibilities, even if you leave out the time travel books.

I'd even like it as a Legend setting.

You know I have never read those books, time to rectify that oversight I think!

And yes I enjoyed the Marc Singer version, a worthy concept for the Legend series!
