Ancient critical repair

the Shadows being superior :) have an advantage with their quick recharging shields - most useful :)
If a Shadow ship loses its Shields trait, when it is repaired next turn does the shield come back at full?

I'd say it comes back at whatever it was before the trait was lost (which is to say at zero given a ship can't suffer criticals whilst the shield is up). The shield is lost before it's repaired so it can't regenerate as that is part of the function of the shield trait.

[there you go, rules as written I hope]
