Am I allowed to post a list of Pilot Tasks on the forum?

I'm wondering if I can post a list of Pilot Tasks on the Forums (I'm including CotI in this question).

Is there anything I have to leave out?

Example, do I have to leave out Tasks from the Core Rulebook?

Also, if I put together an obstacle course that people can play Solo, what do I have to leave out or can I direct people to the pages in the Core Rulebook?

I would say as long as you are not quoting the actual named IP you are probably fine.

Task Name
Modifiers
Page Reference to Mongoose material
Note if it is not 2e
