Alliance out of stock on Zhodani book??

My LGS has stated they have been trying to get this book for me for over 3 weeks now, and have been unable to because Alliance keeps claiming to not have this in stock. Should this be true?

It is possible for a distributor to run out of a book, but Alliance order from us every week or two, so it should not be out of stock so long. We can 'have a word' and see what is going on. What store is this?
