Simulacrum, did you intend to allow positive haste modifiers for alchemy brewing? Such as taking double the amount of time ect?

Yes - likewise negatives for haste.

Bear in mind my interpretation of RAW as applies here and also to sorcery is that gaining the additional success chance makes no difference to the alchemists' capabilities (ie skill/10 for Potency and manipulations).
