Add Foe?

Hi,

I'm curious about something. I recently viewed a posters profile and while looking it over noticed a button that read "Add Foe". What does this do? Is it to block or ignore a poster?

Not sure what it does.
Maybe it lets you know if someone who irritates you on the board is online at the time or something.

I've finally found a use for a spammer. :lol:

There are a whole mass of them showing up on the birthday list. By way of a birthday honour, I picked one of them at random to see what happens if I add it as a foe.

This is what happens:

Foes are users which will be ignored by default. Posts by these users will not be fully visible. Personal messages from foes are still permitted. Please note that you cannot ignore moderators or administrators.

Thanks for the info AdrianH. That's kind of what I figured it would do I had just never seen a button labeled as such before.
