[ACTA:SF] Battle Groups supplement?

I noticed that there is a supplement for ACTA:SF on the release list called Battle Groups. The link goes to the Fleets of the Fading Suns description and I only found one passing mention of it on Planet Mongoose and I came up dry on the forum.

So what will the supplement cover?

Well by the title it sounds like fleet formations and extra races/ships.

lets get the rest of the first book out first, then worry about expansions later.
