How many fighters bases per choice do the Vorlons and Shadows get. In ARG. there is no listing for the how many flights per patrol choice.

The Shadow/Vorlon stuff in Armageddon is a list of changes, you use the number of flights per choice from SFOS.

3 flights per Patrol level choice.

Yep, as LBH has already shown - an actual rulebook siting is as official as it gets (even if they really should have published the Shadow and Vorlon lists in full just for the sake of simplicity).
