ACtA:NA painted minis?

Since there is a thread up and running for the new Starline 2500 minis supporting A Call to Arms: Star Fleet, I was wondering if there was a similar array of images players had on hand to show off their fleets of the Fading Suns.

So, in light of my recent chance to finally pick up a printed copy of the ruleset at my FLGS (hooray!) I figured I might as well ask; what kind of results have those of you with your own ACtA:NA miniatures been able to come up with?

And as an aside, is there much of an interest in decals? I was thinking that some of the emblems in the Fading Suns RPG material, such as the Kurgan Ordus (not least the militant Ordu Bagatur) and the six largest Vuldrok sub-nations (such as the Drenjar and Lakol) as detailed in Star Crusade would be useful to see.

(Although it's for an older version of the RPG, I would definitely recommend that file for anyone interested in the Kurgans or Vuldrok; I hope that it, and its associated Lost Worlds companion, will be the prime sources of the Barbarian info to be detailed in Fleets of the Fading Suns.)

Apologies for the double post, but I had a semi-related question I felt might not be worth opening a brand new thread so soon on.

How far along is the conversion of the ACtA:NA mini line from metal to resin? Is there a list of which new miniatures are resin from the get-go, and which older ones have been re-cast in the new material?

(And are the resin versions of older miniatures marked on the box, or is there some other way to ask if you can get one version or the other?)

Oh, and there was something else I was wondering about, too. With the ACtA:SF line, ADB have the Starline 2500 label to use for the new resin minis there, a term which seems to be gaining currency over here. Is there a similar term we can use to describe the ACtA:NA miniature line (without having to keep saying "The ACtA:NA miniature line" as opposed to "The broader ACtA:NA game system")?

Granted, one of the reasons why Starline 2500 has such traction is because the minis are useful for three other game engines currently in print; while there may not be too many people out there using the Mongoose-made minis to play the original Noble Armada engine. Still, some sort of shorthand specifically for the mini line might be handy; as might one for the minis set to upport Victory at Sea 2.0, for that matter.

Only the Osprey has been re-cast in resin from metal, and many smaller ships will always be metal. All larger ships from the Kurgan fleet onwards are resin.
