As I was reading the last tournament for the Centauri Earth war a statement peeked my interest. It was stated that in order to scan a ship with stealth, a player needs to break the stealth first. Was that only for that specific tournament or is that an official thing across the board. If it is official, than what is the mechanic for it and the idea behind it. Also, how does one use a scout to lower the stealth when that particular action comes after scanning. I started another thread on the Bab 5 boards but people seem confused as to what was meant and what impact that has now. Thanks !
