hi there i dont know if this has been asked before sorry if it has but say an apollo fires its missiles say in turn 2 but is then crippled before it can fire in turn3 is it classed as having already reloaded its missiles or does it have to class itself as reloading this turn

When the weapon was fired it was still ignoring its Slow Loading trait, so it would not suffer from those effects retroactively.
