I need some clarifications regarding the pakmara

1 - Can the dice from the plasma web be split? I seem to recall that you indicated it could, however I am wondering if the web gaining the e-mine trait would disallow that

2 - Do the Pakmara still keep their special racial rules when they are part of a combined league fleet? Specifically the Plasma Web and Redundency? I understand 2 pakmara ships would be needed to generate the plasma web.

3 - Can Multiple Plasma webs be generated each turn? (assuming different arcs) If so, can the explosion areas overlap?

Although Matt has final say, this is how I would rule on these matters.

No. The book says e-mines cannot be split, and the whole narrative purpose behind how the plasma web works would seem utterly preposterous to fire several small gouts of plasma to make several mini-webs. I would rule against this, its all or nothing.

Yes. I cannot see how being with a different fleet would force them to stop firing plasma webs or filling their ships with junk and extra materials.

Yes, there is nothing to stop them from doing such on both accounts. Just make sure that ALL of the firing ships involved in making the web can "see" the targeted point with the arc being fired. It can get pretty dodgy in loosely-packed formations.
