First off, apologies if these questions have been asked a million times before, I've tried having a good old search through these threads but I can't find a firm answer to my questions, and I could do with some official rulings.
1) Vorlon self-repairing and damage control. If a vorlon vessel suffers a critical hit which states "no damage control permitted" does the vorlon ship ignore this effect? Given that if a vorlon ship suffers the "-1 to all damage control rolls" it will ignore this one because it doesn't actually roll for DC, it is just automatic. I ask the question because I'm currently finding that with vorlons [and shadows for that matter] now taking damage normally, and having considerably less damage points than before, suffering this critical is making a laughing stock of what are supposed to be amongst THE most advanced ships in the game.
2) Ships exiting hyperspace into realspace through a jump point said ship has created [not a jump gate]. Lets say for instance a white star initiates hyperspace to realspace jump, and opens the JP, does it still have to wait a turn before it can come out? I understand how ships with normal JE would have to wait, but do ships with AJE have to wait a turn, that is my specific question. In the rules it states that ships with the AJE trait do not suffer any of the restrictions that ships with only normal JE do.
Just looking for some clarification to these issues, again, sorry if it has already been answered I just can't find it . . . . . .
