I had A Traveller Dream last night and want peoples opinions on if it would work in real Traveller or not

The heir of A Earl is suspected of GBA and a very senior judge signs her arrest warrant but when typing it up he forgets to put her title of Earl on it, does that mistake make it illegal to attempt to enforce the otherwise legal Arrest Warrant?
