I don't see it as vague, I just see it as a case of "read what is written", not "see what you think should be written".
 
You have to realise though that their are people of different nationalities read this book. It sometimes barely makes sense in the Queens English, so how anyone else is supposed to understand it. . . .
 
Thats why we have forums, and are quite happy to answer the same question so many times ;) Well it keeps our post count up, doesn't it :lol:
 
indeed. Maybe a "regularly asked question" thread would be nice to be stickied... you know, like an FAQ, but it actually answers questions instead of creating them! :lol:
 
Good idea, though it would require heavy moderation to avoid getting filled with discussion and the usual junk.

I did read what was written. That's why I had a question. Like I said, part of it specifically stated that it overrode the rule as listed in the rule book. But the other part didn't specifically say anything of the sort...
Thus the question.
