A few more questions

1. If a ship is adrift, it does not move. But during the movement phase does it count for moving ships? i.e. can I activate it first then the rest of my ships?

2.If a ship does not want to move can it make a turn or it must move "X" inches then turn?

1. Yes as it can still attempt special actions etc so it can still be activated.

2. Yes it can p5 - "Stationary ships" it can make one turn of up to 45 degrees or 90 degrees if Agile. It can't if it is adrift. If it moves however, it needs to move its turn distance before it turns. Reversing ships can't turn.
