Is $9 a typical or appropriate cost to ship 1 book? If so when will the Minis be available for pre order so I can take advantage of the free shipping?

That and how many smaller ships per blister (I'm guessing 1 cruiser/dreadnought, but how many light cruisers/destroyers/frigates, etc).

I hear the big boxes with sixteen ships from one fleet will have a basic rulebook (enough to play the game) in them.

We haven't settled on ships per blister yet (some of these ships are still being created!).

There will be some sort of launch event, though whether it will be December or January os open to question at the moment.

However, it will be worth people's while getting to Dragonmeet in London this year...
