The problem is that the larger 2500 minis, combined with the rising cost of pewter, made the minis retail price (if selling to distributors) prohibitive. If selling at the discount that distributors want, a $10 mini would be $15-$20 and proportionally higher. We haven't found a retailer willing to take less profit, even for a guaranteed sale to a customer. (Remember that we still have to pay production including quality checking, shipping to wholesalers, and royalties from our share of any profits.)
