2nd Printing Schedule?

Since this has sold out in many places already, when will there be another printing? And can we get a special edition hardcover? A black leatherette cover with silver foil would kick butt!

Make sure it's digest-sized as well. I never thought I'ld like it in digest format, but it feels very handy and also gives it me the illusion of being more 'rules-lite' than it actually is.

A hardcover or leatherette edition would be very very welcome...

I'd also go for a silver & leather edition, either digest or full size.

But please, please, alter the page layout so that when I open the book to a random page I can tell what chapter I'm in. This drives me bonkers in every book that doesn't do it -- I end up having to put tabs on the side, and that just ruins the book's cool vibe.
