Hi guys,

We have just started getting the first distributor orders for this book and they are. . . large. Far larger than we were expecting. We knocked things back a week to give us a fighting chance of answering everyone's orders (those who pre-ordered with us a while ago will, as usual, have priority).

Needless to say, I am not expecting much sleep this weekend!
