Is the recommended crew requirement for screens the same as for turrets and bays?

For capital ships anyways:

Each screen device (force field, damper, meson screen) should have a crew of at least 4.

For capital ships anyways:

Each screen device (force field, damper, meson screen) should have a crew of at least 4.

HG 2008 the crew for turret is 1 per barrage, I'll have to go over this later, and bays have 2, while CRB 1st ed./MRB recommends that the turret and bay crew requirement is Minimum: None, Average: 1, and Full 2.

Since HG 2008 has the screen with at least four would CRB 1st ed./MRB recommended screen crew break down be Minimum: None; Average: 2, and Full: 4?
