    Monsters w/ multiple limbs

It's been a while since I last run Legend, so I've been refamiliarizing myself with some of the more obscure rules. A question: What is the effect of Serious or Major Wounds inflicted on a monster with many limbs? Let's say you're facing off against a Giant Spider and you inflict a Serious...

Happy Christmas and Best wishes for 2021

You too! I'm hoping to run a Legend campaign in 2021. Have had one planned out for a while but have not really had the opportunity to get it started.

    Playing Legend on-line?

Well, you're not alone when it comes to Roll20. I'm still trying to get a handle on using it well. Taken me some time to get familiar with it. I'm not a big "battlemap" player and generally don't like tracking movement squares and all that. But it does help to have a visual map with online...

    Playing Legend on-line?

I've used Discord or WebEx for chat and Roll20 to display maps and handle dice rolls. I'm not aware of any Legend-specific content for Roll20. There's a character sheet for RQ6 that probably comes closest, and one for Mythras. But I've had players track damage taken and other notes on a Legend...

    Entry-Level Game: Legends of Adventure

It sounds like you're on a good track. A couple of thoughts: Skills would be fairly easy to pare down. Though I like many of the Common Skills and consider the list pretty solid, I could see how you could chop off a few. I would definitely remove Advanced Skills altogether, or narrow them down...

Lots of Dice and a little Cepheus Engine, too

Are there any plans for the Cepheus Engine to be released as a full product with interior artwork, etc.? Or will it remain as a reference document?

    Deus Vult questions

I've been out of touch with Mongoose Publishing products for a year or two, and had a couple questions about the current Deus Vult line. Are any of the releases available in print? Core books, supplements? If so, are they digest sized? Are the Sacerdos Custos Training Guide and the Games...

What is up with the wide paqes and flashing red blocks?

I'm seeing it on the Cthonian Stars thread below, specifically in a post made by Zero. EDIT: Definitely an issue related to the avatar that Zero is using.

    First Sign Ups for Wayfarer

Well, Xoth Publishing released XP2: Song of the Beast-Gods pretty recently.

    First Sign Ups for Wayfarer

That is excellent news! I'm a huge fan of Xoth Publishing's material, especially the Spider God's Bride material. (Sword & Sorcery done right, in my opinion). In fact, I wrote my own conversion of SGB to use MRQ2 and ran a campaign a few months back for my gaming group. It worked really well -...

    Big announcement today?

Gotcha. That's a more standard format. For some reason Amazon has a different size listed.

    Big announcement today?

What was the reasoning behind altering the printing format of RQ2 for Wayfarer? Will Wayfarer supplements follow the same formatting? I'm not that familiar with the Lone Wolf rpg, and it took some digging on Amazon to determine that its "half-size" is roughly 8" x 8". Rather unusual.

    Big announcement today?

It's a relief to know that the game system will live on in another format. Gloranthaphiles may curse me - but I look forward to a version of the rules that is decoupled from that setting. It's strong enough to stand on its own, IMO.
