Okay... NOW it's getting really weird...
I've figured out, that this adventure is just an updated version of the old "The Corruption of Ikaya" adventure from Signs & Portents Roleplayer - 39 & 40...
At least you can find the missing maps there!
Okay - next problem...
Could it be, that this book is really a mess???
First ... missing maps (obviously).
Second ... [SPOILER] ...
... what about Greyshadow and the other missing merchants? It seems, that an entire section is missing. On page 52 it is mentioned that Greyshadow is in...
Where are the maps in this book ???
Because A map is mentioned on page 17 (Warehouse) and i think there is at least one more map needed (dungeon levels in Ikaya).
Download anytime soon?
On p. 78 (part of Act 3) - there is a reference that you have to skip ahead to scene 7 if the characters fail. But there is no scene 7 in this Act - any ideas?
Nice report, man.
We are also still into "Dragon Warriors". We´ve played the adventure "A weak pleasure" on friday. I think we will go on now with "The Elven Crystals" and then head back to "Sleeping Gods".
Don´t get me wrong. Your adventure is totally okay from a beginners point of view. But as a veteran group from the old books, me and my players prefer some more "epic" adventure for this game.
You´ve done a good job with your adventure. It really shows how to play this game - and, as you said...
No - we only played the one from the book. I´ve read the sequel in S&P, but to be honest ... i don´t like it that much. "Terror of the Darklords" seems to me much better and more fun.
BTW - what do you think of the following restriction for "Terror of the Darklords":
Good for this campaign:
-...
Thanks again. I think i will give them some restrictions, which characters are playable for this campaign. We allready finished the adventure from the original Multiplayer Gamebook, but some players now want to play other characters because of the variety.
Thanks.
There will be at least one or maybe even two Kai-Lords in my group for this Campaign. Do you think this is enough "Kai" for the campaign? The other players want to play a dwarfen gunner and a boarder ranger or knight of the realm.
