I tried using your fleet designer but it kept flaking out around 15 to 20 ships. It would just lock up and not respond. So I went back to pencil and paper.

That's why I wish I had actually counted up the number of ships I have. Depending upon which FAP breakdown you are using it can have a big impact on the number of FAPs you have. On the top of page 55, under the Minbari Space Station Stealth Module is says "No more than two Armour Modules may be attached to a single Core." It should state "No more than two Stealth Modules may be attached to a single Core."
